How
I can make an online reservation?
The easiest way to make a booking is online. First choose the studio-flat
where you would like to stay. Once you made your choice, you will
have to click on “book it” on the online-booking-form,
it will lead you to our secure page. Then you will be asked to give
all your necessary personal details for contact and payment. To
finish the booking you will need just five minutes. After that you
will receive a confirmation with all the details about your chosen
accommodation.
Do I have to send my credit card number
through the Internet to book? Is your reservation process secure?
Yes, a credit card number is required. For all reservations made
via internet we require a credit or debit card for a non-refundable
£10 deposit to secure your booking. We accept Amex, Visa,
MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB and Solo card. For booking with

card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server.
Is there any possibility to visit the
room before I book?
Of course, if you are in London you are welcome to contact
us for an appointment to view the rooms.
Do I need to pay money upfront?
In all cases you have to pay a security deposit. When you arrive
you have to pay a rent for at least 14 days in advance. Then you
can choose the length of period you would like to pay for.
What is the difference between short-term
and long term?
Short term is the period from at least one week until three months.
The Mid term follows with 3-6 months and Long term is a stay over
six months to one year. The shorter the stay the more expensive
it is, but usually not as flexible as longer stays.
